the average teen needs about 9.25 hours when most only get half of that

with all the things to keep you awake its wrecking your sleeping schedule witch is very unhealthy

some tips to help have a good sleep

try not to consume caffeine or at least a small dose

set a time to go to bed

do not use electronics within an hour before bed

not sleeping can cause this......
