About Julian Davis
Multifaceted professional Julian Davis
of San Francisco worked as a nonprofit manager, political campaign
director, and paralegal before pursuing a career as an attorney.
Currently a freelance lawyer for small business clients, he graduated
magna cum laude with a juris doctor from University of California,
Hastings College of the Law, in 2011. He passed the California Bar in
2012. As a law student, Julian Davis earned multiple accolades,
including the Witkin and CALI awards for highest grades in courses on
property law, evidence, and data privacy law; he also participated in
the Hastings Black Law Students Association from 2009 to 2011.
Julian Davis also pursues a career as an active citizen and progressive advocate in San Francisco. In 2007, he was honored by the City and County of San Francisco Board of Supervisors for his contributions to the City. The San Francisco Bay Guardian newspaper named him a Local Hero in 2009. In 2012, Julian Davis ran for a seat (District 5) on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. During his months of campaigning, he received multiple endorsements from institutions and organizations throughout the city, including the San Francisco Tenants Union, SEIU 1021, and the Harvey Milk Democratic Club, to name a few.
