Breakfast for Dinner

My choice is the best, because you get to enhance your sweet tooth almost everyday! The second thing is that it is easy and quick to make! That means you won't waste your time cooking a meal! My last reason is that most of the breakfast meals give you protein, dairy, fruits, and more to make you be healthy and strong!

To make a coffee cake, you will need the following ingredients:

1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, plus additional for greasing the pan
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/2 cups sour cream
Zest of 1 lemon

To make the topping for the cake, you will need the following ingredients:

1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon kosher salt
5 tablespoons butter, melted
