Looking at the cup half full

You always have something to look forward to in life, and if there's not, make something be there.

If you have to much on your mind, sleep

If you're feeling too tired, exercise

If you're feeling lonely, talk to family

If you're feeling down, hang out with friends

If you're inside to much, go outside, bike around, explore

You will see good things are all around you

I'm so grateful for the great outdoors of Minnesota, my friends and family, and especially today

It may not be what you don't see, but what you do see.
