Cells!

A microscopic structre that makes up organisms, and in plants the cell wall.

Some differences in plant and animal cells...

A plant cell has a cell wall and chloroplast while an animal cell does not.

A animal cell is round and plant cells are rectangular.

Plant cells contain plastids and animal cells don't.

The cell wall protects the plant cell from harm.

The chloroplast absorbs sunlight to produce food for the plant.

Plastids are the organelles in the cell.

Cartilage Cells

The function of cartilage is to give cushion between joints, to prevent bone from rubbing against each other. It also reduces friction from joint movement.

Blood Cells

The function of blood cells is to transport oxygen, fight infections, and to stop bleeding throughout the whole body.

Muscle Cells

The function if muscle cells is to make your body move and to maintain posture.

Tissues that organs have makes the whole organ function depending on what type of tissue it is made of.

Digestive System

This system is made up of many organs to covert food to energy. The digestive system involves the mouth, pharynx, esophagus, small and large intestine, liver, gallbladder, and pancreas.

Circulatory System

This system transport thing throughout the body. This system is made up of the heart and blood vessels.

Respiratory System

This system is a biological system consisting of specific organs and structures used for the process of respiration in an organism. This system involves Nose, Pharynx, Larynx, Trachea, Bronchi, and Lungs.

A Paramecium is a single celled freshwater organism. This organism had a place where it can receive food and dispose of waste. It also contains a cell.
