About Kathy DiBella
Kathy DiBella is a licensed Indiana interior designer who graduated from Daniel Webster College’s MBA program in December 2013. Her experience includes a client management and associate position with Indianapolis-based CSO Interiors. For CSO, Kathy DiBella managed complex commercial facility projects from the proposal to the completion stages with a particular focus on servicing the needs of CSO Interiors’ most profitable client, Duke Realty Investments. She ensured state building code compliance and made square footage calculations in accordance with Building Owners and Managers Association rules on more than a dozen office buildings.
Kathy DiBella most recently held responsibilities with ITT Educational Services in Carmel, Indiana, as a facilities planner. She negotiated pricing with vendors on complex commercial design assignments and completed long-term forecasts of cost savings that included break-even analysis. Kathy DiBella’s planning activities encompassed 73 school locations in more than 20 states, with facilities typically ranging from 15,000 to 40,000 square feet. In her free time, she enjoys baking and traveling to favorite destinations like San Diego and Hilton Head.
