More than one can a day can lead to death.
I read in the passage that one can of regular soda contains about 140 calories of added sugar and that is about seven percent of the ten percent of ten percent of daily calories of someone eating 2,000 calories a day. Researchers and employees at the American Heart Association have recommended that women should take in no more than 100 calories a day from added sugars, or about 6 teaspoons of sugar. After reading passage, it encouraged me to rethink the amount of sugar I intake everyday. #whattheheartwants
