This man is confucious. He taught people that respect is important.He said, " do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself ". Which means treat others the way you wanted to be treated.Confucius was an influential Chinese philosopher, teacher and political figure known for his popular aphorisms and for his models of social interaction.
Confucious taught that helping your elders is a way of respecting them. Elders would also have to set a good example for their grandchildren and/or younger people. Some ways to help your elder is by, opening a door for them, help them cross the street etc.This was another confuciuos teaching
Confucius’ political beliefs were likewise based on the concept of self-discipline. He believed that a leader needed to exercise self-discipline in order to remain humble and treat his followers with compassion. In doing so, he would lead by positive example. According to Confucius, leaders could motivate their subjects to follow the law by teaching them virtue and the unifying force of ritual propriety.
Confucius expounded a system of social and political philosophy which he conveyed to a group of disciples. His teachings and sayings were later collected by the disciples of Confucius in a book known in the West as the. Confucius was also traditionally believed to have been the author or at least the editor of the classic Confucian texts called the five classics

Confucious said that he was not an innovator and that all of his teachings were merely rediscoveries of what had been true in the past. Society was said to have deviated from an earlier Golden Age, and it was his task to guide it back to its proper condition.
