Equality and rights are linked to this story
Elfgeeh was one of the first citizens accused of recruiting on behalf of ISIS. He is an immigrant and is naturalized as a U.S. citizen. The FBI created and investigation and is looking for other foreigners involved in helping in ISIS. This is a little unfair because they are accusing other foreigners of Elfgeeh's race and ethnicity since the ISIS is a foreign terrorist organization. The rights are being taken away to ensure safety so the ISIS can't put their plans into action. FBI is breaking up their plan. Elfgeeh was under surveillance for over a year. That is taking away his privacy even though it is to keep the safety of the United States.
