Executive and Attorney Kenneth Korioth
In his current position as vice president and associate general counsel for MannKind Corporation, Kenneth (Ken) Korioth provides legal counsel in areas such as supply chain contracting, patient privacy, and human subject protection, as well as in intellectual property protection and other business disputes. The winner of the company’s 2008 Mannie Award for his exemplary performance, Kenneth Korioth has also developed company policies on issues including social media and document destruction.
Prior to joining MannKind, Ken Korioth was the clinical outsourcing manager for Otsuka Maryland Research Institute, where he oversaw all aspects of regulatory and clinical outsourced activities. He holds a bachelor of arts in English and theater from Austin College and a law degree from the New England School of Law in Boston. He also is a member in good standing with both the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bars. When he is not working, Kenneth Korioth enjoys playing the piano and listening to classical music.
