About Kevin Weinress
A University of Southern California alumnus, Kevin Weinress received a bachelor of science in public administration and planning. Kevin Weinress later enrolled in a master’s program at Antioch University, where he earned a master of arts in clinical psychology.
Weinress began his coaching career with the La Jolla Nomads and the University of California, San Diego, Tritons. Weinress played for the La Jolla Nomads as a standout player under the legendary ex- US National Team Coach, Derek Armstrong. Licensed by the U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF), Weinress possesses the National “A” certification. The highest level of the USSF licensing program, the certification attests to a soccer coach’s ability to provide the training and knowledge necessary for players to reach their full potential.
Weinress works for First Wave Sports Marketing, a leading firm in the international soccer industry. As a player’s agent, he is responsible for scouting, recruiting, and representing professional soccer athletes.

Kevin Weinress is a Los Angeles-based FIFA Licensed Intermediary who has a long track record of representing MLS players selected in the First Round of the MLS SuperDraft. A FIFA Licensed Players' Agent experienced in both FIFA and Major League Soccer contract negotiations, Kevin Weinress recruits, scouts, and signs players across the globe.
Storm was a member of the US National Team, achieved All-Atlantic Coast Conference as well as being named to the First XI in the 2016 NCAA Final Four. Storm played at the University of North Carolina where he started 69 games in his four year career. Kevin Weinress also represented UNC teammate Jordan McCrary in the 2016 MLS SuperDraft, who was selected 10th overall by the New England Revolution. Weinress also represented 2016 SuperDraft selections, Belize International striker Michael Salazar of the Montreal Impact and defender Tony Alfaro of the 2016 MLS Cup Champions, Seattle Sounders.
