Romeo Montague, 16, passed away Thursday, July 18th, 1578.
Romeo was born in Verona and was the only child of Lord and Lady Montague. He lived a happy, joyful, and fun-filled life. Romeo was always a popular figure about Verona. However, recently he had become involved in a bitter family feud with the Capulet family and was banished to Mantua following the death of Tybalt Capulet in the town square. He lived a quiet life in Mantua until he heard the news about the death of Juliet Capulet. He dashed back to Verona and went to the Capulet’s vault.
Juliet Capulet, 13, passed away Thursday, July 18th, 1578.
Juliet was born in Verona and was the only child and daughter of Lord and Lady Capulet. She lived a privileged and extravagant life in the Capulet home. She was raised by the Capulet’s nurse, who acted as Juliet’s own mother. Juliet trusted the nurse until the nurse started to speak poorly of Romeo Montague. However, Juliet’s last days were surrounded by controversy. Friar Lawrence revealed that Juliet had been secretly married to Romeo Montague leaving her in the position of being engaged to Paris but married to Romeo when she died.
On July 18th, 1509 Mercutio, a dear friend of Romeo Montague, had his life taken by Tybalt Capulet. A fight had broken out between Mercutio and Tybalt Capulet and it had ended in death. Mercutio was born in Verona, Italy in May 13, 1524. He was a loving friend who was very caring and was very intelligent as well. Romeo Montague is now devastated that his friend had died due to the family mutiny between the Montague and the Capulet family.
Tybalt Capulet, 16, of Verona, passed away yesterday in a gory fight. Tybalt was nephew of Lady Capulet and Sir Capulet. Being an only child, Tybalt was blessed with much in life and was a true example of a Veronian man. He passed away fighting for the honor of his family, but will always be remembered as a loving son, nephew, and cousin, always worrying about everyone, and defending his family’s name.
