The only son of François Duvalier, Jean-Claude succeeded his father as president for life in April 1971, becoming at age 19 the youngest president in the world. Partly because of pressure from the United States to moderate the tyrannical and corrupt practices of his father’s regime,

- Jean-Claude Duvalier not really a great leader for Haiti with the counts in the 30,000's for murder and selling their body parts. Duvalier didn't care for his people was focused on himself making millions with drug trade and selling body parts on the black market.

maybe he shouldn't have spilled so much blood

Duvalier died of a heart attack would he have caused even more damage if he was alive till this day?
