The first type of poem shown is called a concrete poem. Concrete shape poetry is poetry in which the typographical arrangement of words is as important in conveying the intended effect as the conventional elements of the poem.

The poem in the second picture is called a free-verse.Free verse is an open form of poetry. It does not use consistent meter patterns, rhyme, or any other musical pattern. It thus tends to follow the rhythm of natural speech.

The third type of poetry shown is narrative. A narrative poem is a form of poetry that tells a story, often making use of the voices of a narrator and characters as well; the entire story is usually written in metred verse.

The fourth poem shown is a Haiku which is a very short form of Japanese poetry.

And the final poem shown is a limerick. Limericks are a short, humorous, often ribald or nonsense poem.
