1: It allows your body to reboot and you will feel better in the morning.
2: That getting the right amount of sleep cam actually extend your life span.
3: Getting enough sleep can ward off colds.
How much sleep do we REALLY need?
Humans actually need 9.25 hours of sleep.
5 tips to sleep better!
1 Don't drink any beverages with caffeine in them.
2 Turn off all distractions like you phone and T.V.
3 Don't eat sugar right before you sleep.
4 Try having a warm shower before you go to sleep.
5 Try sleeping in a dark room.
