Adult CPR

  • Step 1: Check the scene.
  • Step 2: Person Person are you okay..? (Tap on chest)
  • Step 3: You in the plaid shirt go call 911.!
  • Step 4: Give 30 chest compressions 30:2 rate at 100 per minute, 2 hands place 1 heel in the center of chest and other one on top, and depth: 2 inches.
  • Step 5: Give 2 breathes lasting about 1 second each.
  • Step 6: Repeat 30 chest compressions 30:2 rate at 100 per minute, 2 hands place 1 heel in the center of chest and other one on top, and depth: 2 inches.
  • Step 7: Give 2 breathes lasting about 1 second each.
  • Step 8: You can stop when first response comes and takes over.

Child CPR

  • Step 4:  Give 30 chest compressions 30:2 rate at 100 per minute, 2 fingers on the breastbone just below the nipple line, and depth: 1/3.
  • Step 5: Give 2 puffs of air lasting about 1 second each.
  • Step 6: Repeat 30 chest compressions 30:2 rate at 100 per minute, 2 fingers on the breastbone just below the nipple line, and depth 1/3.
  • Step 7: Give 2 puffs of air lasting about 1 second each.
  • Step 8: You can stop when first response comes and takes over.

Adult Unconscious Choking

  • Step 1: Check the scene.
  • Step 2: Sir/Mam are you choking..?
  • Step 3: You in the plaid shirt go call 911.
  • Step 4: Give 30 chest compressions 30:2 rate at 100 per minute, 2 hands place the heel of 1 hand in the center of the chest place other hand on top, and depth 2 inches.
  • Step 5: Open the airway and look in the mouth a foreign body, if you see something swipe it out with your finger.
  • Step 6: Attempt 2 rescue breathes if they don't go in reposition the head and attempt 2 rescue breathes again.
  • Step 7: Continue 30 chest compressions 30:2 rate at 100 per minute, 2 hands place the heel of 1 hand in the center of the chest place other hand on top, depth: 2 inches.
  • Step 8: Attempt 2 rescue breathes and if they go in then help the person up.

Child Unconscious Choking

  • Step 2: Boy/Girl are you choking..?
  • Step 3: You in the plaid shirt go call 911.
  • Step 4: Give 30 chest compressions, 30:2 rate at 100 per minute, 1 or 2 hands place the heel of 1 hand in the canter of the chest other hand on top. and depths 1/3.
  • Step 5: Open the airway and look in the mouth for a foreign body, if you see something swipe it out with your finger.
  • Step 6: Attempt 2 rescue breathes if they don't go in reposition the head and attempt 2 rescue breathes again.
  • Step 7: Continue 30 chest compressions 30:2 rate at 100 per minute, 1 or 2 hands place the heel of 1 hand in the center of the chest place other hand on top, and depth: 1/3.
  • Step 8: Attempt 2 rescue breathes and if they go in the help the person up.

Infant Unconscious Choking

  • Step 1: Check the scene.
  • Step 2: You in the plaid shirt go call 911.
  • Step 3: Give 30 chest compressions, 30:2 rate at 100 perminute, 2 fingers on the breastbone right above the nipple line, and depth 1/3.
  • Step 4: Open the airway and look in the mouth for a foregin body, if you see something swipe it out with your pinky.
  • Step 5: Attempt 2 rescue puffs if they don't go in reposition the head and attempt 2 rescue puffs of air.

Adult/Child Conscious Choking

  • Step 1: Check the scene.
  • Step 2: Mam/sir are you choking..?
  • Step 3: You in the plaid shirt go call 911.!
  • Step 4: Stand behind the person with one foot between the person's feet and your other foot behind you.
  • Step 5: Put the flat side of your fist just above the person's belly button, grab that hand with your other hand.
  • Step 6: Pull inward and upward, until the object comes out or the person's falls unconscious.

Infant Conscious Choking

  • Step 1: Check the scene.
  • Step 2: You in the plaid shirt go call 911.!
  • Step 3: Support the baby's face, place the body on your forearm.
  • Step 4: Keep the head lower then the feet.
  • Step 5: Give 5 back blows between the shoulder blades with the palm of your hand.
  • Step 6: Support the baby's head, flip it over to the other forearm and give 5 chest thrusts.
  • Step 7: Continue the back blows and chest thrusts until the object comes out or the baby's falls unconscious.

Bleeding

  • Step 1: Check the scene.
  • Step 2: If there isn't any bone fracture use real tightly grip.
  • Step 3: If it starts bleeding through the bandage then rap more on it (always add more to the top not the bottom).
  • Step 4: When you have the bleeding controlled then you rap the arm and bandage the bottom first then work your way up from there.
  • Step 5: When you get to the top of the wound you can put a little twist in it to have even more tightness on it.
  • Step 6: See if the bandage is tight enough and if there is any blood leaking through, make sure you see if the person is having caperalily refills.
  • Step 7: Elevate the arm right above the heart and have an AED in handing.
  • Step 8: If more blood leaks through add even more raping to it and get the person to the hospital.
