Today at the Mandel lofts we apprehended a young man who resembles the person in the security tape above...He was released by the BID on Olive St. because at the time we were unable to review the security tapes in our own building. The Incident was recorded by the BID Olive St. @12:30 pm...The Graffiti suspect carried spray paint cans and a backsack just like in your video, is about the same height, but didn't wear a hat so its strange to compare until further has been investigated. The Suspect at the Mandel lofts was hiding near a garage gate next to the huge 8th & Grand Construction project that will house the Whole Foods Market.

OK...The other suspect you have in the photographs I caught at 6th and Spring in August and I actually photographed him in the act of Spray Painting and Magic Markering at the Springtime Cafe Construction site last August. I can absolutely identify him AND will review my photos and will contact LAFD ASAP.
