APP #1 - KHAN ACADEMY

The Khan Academy app allows students to quickly access videos to teach them whatever subject that they missed in class or need extra help on.

APP #2 - SPEAKY

This app is a text and article voice reader. It's simple to use - all you have to do is put in a URL or text and it will read the text to you. "Speaky" would be useful in a special education classroom environment, whether it be for a student with a visual impairment or a student who has dyslexia.

APP #3 - PLACE VALUE MAB

The Place Value app involves hands-on experience for modelling numbers using MAB blocks. This app is great for students to use when blocks are not available.

APP #4 - READING COMPREHENSION GRADES 1-2

This app has a number of concise and interesting stories that keep students engaged. Students are given immediate feedback which keeps them on track and focused on succeeding.

APP #5 - THIRD GRADE SKILLS LANGUAGE

There are seven different sections included in this app that students can navigate through in helping master third grade skills in Language Arts. There are visual graphics included in each section which is beneficial for students who are visual learners.
