Art Psychology - Creativity is Key

Have you ever been down in the dumps or not happy about your current state of being? What if you have always felt this way, and no matter what you do, it will never go away? Some people may not be able to explain how they are feeling with words, this is where art may come in hand. If someone in your family passed away and they liked a certain piece of art you can always look at it or hang it up on your wall. This is a way to keep them in your heart and also have remembrance of them.

It could help to clear out your mind from any thoughts. You don't need to be Pablo Picasso or Van Gogh to pick up a piece of paper and a pencil and just doodle.

Art Psychology is the usage of art in a therapy session, if you have a therapist, they may recommend this for people that don't know how to accurately express their feelings. For example if someone makes you mad or upset, you can always draw or paint your feelings instead of talking them out with other people.

In conclusion, if you're ever down or need to clear your mind, just pick up a pencil and paper. You don't have to be the best artist, but just draw or doodle. You will feel so much better after all this drawing. You will feel like you have accomplished something during this time. With just the help of art, you can be happy.
