  • assume kids will know what to make
  • have a large club
  • make for the kids
  • give them the answers

Coding

Tips:

  • Coding around computer science week
  • code on computers and ipads

Tricks:

  • Make it seem like a game
  • Coding is like a recipe

Resources:

Do:

  • connect it to the real world
  • unplugged activities
  • define "code"
  • let them fail and learn from making mistakes

Don't:

  • give them the answers
  • code on only one device
