Lava take over

My question is could lava take over the ocean water?
My question is could lava take over the ocean water? There is about 352,670,000,000,000,000,000 gallons of water in the ocean. I think that it could happen. My theory is that the magma could melt the sea floor and rise up. Then turns into lava. Well I am not for sure so lets find.
It would take super-volcano to melt the sea floor. So, the magma would rise up and turn to lava. As I was guessed my theory is right. The reason for the super-volcano is from all the pressure built up from the liquid rock in the Earth interior. It would go crazy, it would melt the sea floor fast. Then as I said the magma would rise. There is more magma than ocean water.
This video is showing how lava moves so fast and how it is still very hot in water.
