Cfb climates are mainly located in Coastal Oregon, Washington, west coast of Canada and southern west coast of Alaska, central and northwest Europe, southern Chile, southern coast of South Africa, southeast Australia and New Zealand. Cfb climates are generally found on the western coast of countries.
The yearly average temperature is 22 degrees Celsius in areas with a Cfb climate. Cfb climates get evenly distributed precipitation throughout the year at about 80mm per month. They have a humid climate with short and dry summers. There is a continuous presence of mid latitude climates.
Since Cfb climates have regular precipitation these regions are able to support forests and a wide variety of plant life. This picture was taken in the Redwood forest. Redwood trees can have root systems of over 30 feet in diameter. The lush vegetation found in Cfb climates provide ample food sources for a variety of animals. There are mainly small mammals but there are penguins in New Zealand and eagles in North America.
