Intro to Laulima

Laulima is the University of Hawaii's online learning management system.  It provides a variety of online tools to enhance teaching, learning, and collaboration.  But, Laulima is not just for online courses.

Course spaces are automatically created for all credit classes, and are populated when students register.  If you teach traditional face-to-face courses, you can also use the tools available in Laulima as an online enhancement.Conducting basic tasks can make accessing information and resources more convenient for students, and can simplify course management.  For example, you can use the tools in Laulima to make the syllabus available, distribute handouts, maintain an online gradebook, or to make post course announcements.

If you’re curious about Laulima,
this workshop series is for you!

  • This informational workshop is for faculty interested in learning how Laulima can be used in face-to-face classes.
