Asado is a Argentinean Dish consisting of several different cuts and meat found throughout Argentina, It is usually served at family gathering or large events.
Chorizos (smaller sized pork sausages)
Morcilla (blood sausages), Tira de asado (short ribs)
Vacio (flank steak), Bife ancho (rib-eye steak)
Mollejas (sweetbreads cooked with lemon on the fire)
Sal gruesa (course barbecue salt).
