As St. Margaret’s Chief Executive Officer and Administrator for almost 15 years, Lawrence Stansberry of New Orleans is ever-committed to providing residents a place they can truly enjoy; a place where relationships can be fostered with both fellow residents and staff, and where everyone is treated as a member of the St. Margaret’s family.
As St. Margaret’s leader, Lawrence Stansberry of New Orleans wants to make every resident’s stay as fulfilling and experiential as possible, which is why both he and the organization’s staff strive to provide an extensive variety of activities and amenities throughout the year. The St. Margaret’s activities director is always seeking ways to inspire and encourage both socialization and stimulation, and schedules facility-wide events both residents and staff members can enjoy on a regular basis.
Lawrence Stansberry of New Orleans looks to make every resident’s experience as enjoyable and rewarding as possible, and to continually strengthen the bonds between residents and staff members the whole year round. Regularly scheduled activities, such as a Fiesta, ice cream socials, bingo and more provide residents the chance to build friendships with both staff and fellow residents, and help to create a family atmosphere that remains strong.
St. Margaret’s at Mercy as provides a variety of amenities, including three lush gardens, a chapel, hair salon, library, multipurpose event rooms and much, much more.
Our Lady of Holy Cross College, Recent Growth and Board Member Expansion
Our Lady of Holy Cross College, is a liberal arts institute located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The college is experiencing growth and opened a new satellite campus in Covington, Louisiana this year. This expansion was intended to offer education services for working professionals. Along with the expansion of a new campus, the college also appointed six new members to its Board of Regents. The new members are as follows:
Jacquelyn Clarkson, who has served in the Louisiana House of Representatives. She also is the former president of the New Orleans City Council. Tina Holland, who is the current president of Our Lady of Holy Cross College. Dr. Holland is also a former officer in the United States Marine Corps. Scott Howard was also appointed to the board. He is the current president of the Regions Bank Greater New Orleans Franchise. Dr. J Monroe Laborde who is the Director of Foot Surgery at LSUHSC. Jack Stumpf who is a licensed real estate agent and broker. Rounding out the newly elected regents is Gordon Stevens who is the CEO of New Orleans Steamboat.
Many former students are thrilled with the expansion of the University and the growth of the academic programs. University Alum, Lawrence Stansberry New Orleans, looks back on his time at Holy Cross as an irreplaceable experience and hopes that others can benefit from the growth of the school as the University continues to grow in number.
The new board members are all leaders in the community of New Orleans and should all make great ambassadors for Our Lady of Holy Cross College, promoting growth in the University for years to come.
