~He was a boy scout

~He was the last Beatle to learn how to drive

~He hated his own voice

~He sometimes slept on a coffin

~He loved to play monopoly

-John Lennon was born in England, but lived in New York

- He was shot 5 times in the back and shoulder at a close range

-He was considered one of the best music icons in the 20th century

-Mark David Chapman was his lone assassian

-Chapman denied parole and was sentenced 20 years to life in prison

~He suffers from depression

~He was diagnosed as a paranoid schizophrenic

~He used a .38 caliber revolver to kill John Lennon

~He started using drugs freshman year of high school

~He attempted suicide by carbon monoxide poisoning in 1977, which failed.
