Martin Luther King Jr.

The great Martin Luther King Jr. was a civil  rights activist. He has done many great and inspiring  things, he made history. Martin Luther King was born on January 15,1929. Martin was a minister. He also protested for equal rights and equal inequality rights. He tried to break segregation which was a very tough job to do down in the south. He ended segregation in many places to have an equal education open to children of color. He also was able to make ways where people of color can go in the same restaurants, grocery stores, buses, and vote.

Dr.Martin Luther King Jr. went to jail in 1963 for trying to have better treatment of blacks in Birmingham, Alabama. A court had order that King couldn't do any more protest in Birmingham.

~King marched through The Montgomery Bus Boycott in 1955

~The King also marched in Albany Movement, Augustine and Selma, and March on Washington in 1963

The great Martin Luther King did many things to make our world better. He did so much made so many things different so many inequalities he made them qualities. The King made us a better world and that was his dream. I have a dream... he had a dream that he accomplished that is still living and standing strong to this very day. I have a dream... that you'll have a dream.
