About Linda Turley

For three decades, Linda Turley has practiced law at Turley Law Firm in Dallas, where she represents people who have been seriously injured or works on behalf of individuals who have been killed as a result of others' negligence. Whether businesses, product makers, doctors, or other medical providers are a fault, she endeavors to secure for clients and their families the compensation and justice they deserve. Beyond her years of experience, Linda Turley draws on the training she acquired at the University of Texas School of Law, where she obtained her juris doctor and graduated with honors.

Over the course of her career, Linda Turley has earned a good deal of recognition for her efforts as a lawyer. Her case Fitzgerald v. Prabhakar gained acclaim as one of the top 100 verdicts in the country, and her argument in Schwartz v. John Deere secured a place in Million Dollar Arguments. Moreover, she accepted the role of chair of the Women Trial Lawyers' Caucus, part of the American Association for Justice, and she participated in the Task Force on Revision of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
