About Lisa Poursine
An accomplished legal professional with many years of experience
in the field, Lisa Poursine currently works as an associate attorney in
the Law Offices of Bohdan Neswiacheny in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In
this capacity, she drafts and responds to a wide range of legal
documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and
letters. Lisa Poursine also takes and defends depositions and provides
legal representation for clients at mediations, hearings, and case
scheduling conferences. In addition to helping her employers comply with
all pertinent state and federal employment regulations, she reviews
subpoena-related documents and summarizes depositions in the fields of
insurance defense and employment law.
Before taking up her current responsibilities, Lisa Poursine spent nearly four years as a staff attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP, in New York City. As a member of the firm’s litigation department, she conducted quality control, supervised a team of contract attorneys, and reviewed legal documents for privilege and relevance.
Lisa Poursine holds an LLM in labor and employment law from the New York University School of Law and a JD from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
