About Lloyd LeCain
Chief executive officer of Executive Concepts in Washington, D.C., Lloyd G. LeCain holds a lifetime membership in the National Defense Transportation Association. An OUTCONUS (outside the contiguous United States) construction company, Mr. LeCain’s firm fulfills military contracts. Among his numerous professional and extracurricular activities, Lloyd G. LeCain maintains involvement in the United States Naval Institute Foundation.
A private nonprofit educational institution, the Naval Institute conducts numerous programs to further its educational mission, some of which include historical preservation, the development of informational resources, and such special projects as the donation and sale of books and the funding of an oral history program.
Recognized in November of 2007 by the Naval Institute Foundation for his support, Lloyd G. LeCain regularly attends Naval Institute gatherings. The Texas A&M graduate has maintained membership in the Naval Institute for over three decades. Part of Mr. LeCain’s support includes annual donations for more than 10 years. In 2007, he donated his Navy dress sword, his scabbard case, and his belt for the institute’s use at special events.
