LIST OF THINGS TO DO

  • start with stretching your upper body and feel the burn.
  • do what the guy down there tells and do push up.
  • do some pullups  or situps or punch a punching bag and have a drink with you
  • and play the song.
  • and do the FIT at the end of the list.

INTENSITY. PUSH YOUR SELF TO FEEL A BURN DO 20 IF IT DOES NOT WIND YOU KEEP GOING

TIME. SPEND 60 TO 120 MINS
