Body shape exercises and the right mode to do it
Everyone has a different body shape and there are exercises for every body shape, such
as: apple body shape, pear body shape, hourglass body shape, slender body shape etc. For
example, pear body-shape: the hips are bigger than the shoulders. For this type of body-
shape is important to work out the hips more and strengthening the shoulders. Some of
the exercises that can be done helping this type of body shape are: shoulder pushes,
squats with weights and you should work out muscles in the back of the shoulders. It is
considered that hourglass body shape is the ideal body shape for women.
