Important To Sleep


Sleep is good because...

You grow, So you have energy non like me, and because you don't get sick.

A 12-13 year old needs 9.5 hours of sleep.

1 Don't drink caffeine before bed.

2 Get to bed on time.

3 Don't go to sleep at different times or your body will never get used to the time you have to go to bed.

4 Don't eat anything big before bed.

5 Don't leave your TV on because then you will not go to bed.
