The 21st Amendment

The 21st Amendment Is one of the 26 Amendments. The 21st Amendment states that the 18th Amendment was repealed. The 21st Amendement says the transportation into any United states, or a territory of intoxicating liquors, is in violation of laws and is therefore, prohibited.
The Amendment was passed by Congress on February 20, 1933, and was ratified by the states, and took effect on December 5, 1933.
The 21st amendment was created because there was a riot where 30,000 people stormed a brewery motorcade after the 18th amendment was created.
