Wordle & Jing

Wordle generates "word Clouds" from text that you provide. JING allows you to capture and share images and videos. Dr Bonnie Mullinix facilitated an entire FridayLive! session on word clouds (October 10, 2014). In this short clip she demonstrates how to use both Wordle and JING.


Padlet is an online bulletin board. In this short clip Lisa demonstrates Padlet basics with a few designated learners. Lisa Star, from Educause, facilitated an entire FridayLive! session on Padlet (October 24, 2014).

Snagit for Google Chrome

Snagit for Google Chrome is a free screen capture and recording app that works on Chromebooks or in the Chrome browser. Penny Kuckkahn and Steve Gilbert share information about Snagit for Google Chrome as an LTA during the October 3, 2014 TLT FridayLive! webinar.
