Exchange between the old and new worlds!
The Colombian Exchange was very important because the two "worlds" traded things and most of those things we still eat/use today.Items from the "old world" (Europe, Asia, Africa) began to show up in the "new world" (North and South America) because the explorers wanted to trade.
honey bees are important because they make honey and we eat it. they came from the old world to the new world. Alot of people make money of of honey and honey bees.
vanilla is important because we eat vanilla and can make alot of things out of it. it came from the new world and went to the old world.people also sell and grow it.
peanuts are important because we eat them and use them. they came from the new world and to the old world. people make money of of selling peanuts.
coffee beans are very important because we today drink coffee and that's how its made. It came from the old world and to the new world. South Americans make most of there money off of coffee beans.
pumpkins are very important becausewe can eat them and we use them in a holiday. they came from the new world and went to the old world.
