Luke Kakogeorgiou - How To Run the Detroit Triathlon
Last year was an epic inaugural season for the 2015 Detroit Triathlon. If you're looking to compete, you'll find the event to be an exceptional challenge for all athletes. The Detroit Triathlon is nothing like any other triathlon. The goal is to offer several options for athletes of all abilities. In order to compete in any of the races, all athletes must be members of USAT. You can purchase a one-day membership for $12 if you are not an annual member.
If you are not a triathlete and still have an interest in signing up, you should keep in mind that you should train intensely. You should consider a more concrete training plan with a little coaching involved. Chatting with a coach or experienced triathlete can help you express some concerns and ask questions about the process. Not to mention there are plenty of dietary and fitness advantages you may want to learn about throughout the process. If you're still unsure of the process, you may want to consider joining a Sprint Triathlon as a great building block and the first step in your journey.

He is extremely loyal to all of his local professional sports such as the Lions, Tigers, Pistons and his alma mater, the Wolverines. He was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan and received his medical degree from Michigan University. He is one of the most successful general family practice doctors in the Detroit area over the last 15 years. In his spare time he watches documentaries, enjoys local attractions and architecture and listens to Motown Music. When he's not curing the sick and prescribing medications, Luke loves to drive his classically restored Ford F-150 cross country to exciting outdoor locations where he can camp with family and friends.
