Stephen Crivillaro is a Pizza Enthusiast
Though Stephen Crivillaro did not be take a part in any of the events of the Second Annual Global Pizza Summit it was definitely something that he was interested in learning more about while it was in town. In January of 2015, the Second Annual Global Pizza Summit was located in New York City and partnered with the United State Caputo Cup Pizza Competition. This marks the first time the Caputo Cup was taken outside of the country of Italy.
Stephen Crivillaro loves to be at the Global Pizza Summit and is thoroughly interested in the pizza cook off. The industry trade show has something for everyone. All who attend, whether they eat pizza every once in a while or own their personal pizza restaurant chain, have the opportunity to learn something new. There are educational seminars, cooking demonstrations, and tips for pizza restaurants that will inform attendees about the latest innovations in the pizza industry. The Caputo Cup’s arrival in the United States is unprecedented and will allow pizza makes to show off their skills in the pizza competition. The winner takes home the Caputo Cup for their pizza making ability.
Stephen Crivillaro knows that it has been a lot of work to get the Caputo Cup into the United States. For thirteen years running the Cup was exclusively held in Naples, Italy. Upon entering pizza makers enter their pizza in two categories: Traditional Neapolitan and New York Style. A panel of professionals and restaurateurs decide on the winner who take home one thousand dollars and a pallet of Caputo pizza flour.
