Chunking and Shrinking

Slide Show presentations may have become somewhat overused as an instructional delivery tool, but Keynote on the iPad is a great way to have students chunk information by slide into manageable sizes for more long term learning.

Options:

Teachers can create templates or allow students to decide on organization

Color code categories

Create interactive links to each category slide from the list page

Share as Keynote, PDF, or PowerPoint

b. Padlet - sticky note for each “chunk”
