French literature, art, and architecture have strongly influenced the modern world.

France is home to the worlds most famous art museums.

France is also known for fashion

The Louvre, a famous art museum in France

Q for Quality of Life

The adult literacy in France is 99%

Life expectancy: Male 79 and Female 85

France is pretty well educated and college is fairly inexpensive

A young person and an old person in the streets

W is for Ways to have fun

Soccer is popular sport for children

France hosts an annual bike race, Le Tour de France

Many French people are very leisurely, and like talking and sitting around with friends.

Table etiquette is important

Formal meals may last longer than 2 hours

They drink lots of wine

D is for Dress

French people usually take care to dress well.

Youths dress interestingly

France is a major fashion center

Here you can see how older people dress

Reflection

Principle 6, Culture grows and changes. In France lunch used to be the biggest meal, but now its dinner.

Principle 4, Culture is both sen and unseen. You can see in France the food, but you can not see the language.

I have "Taken Away" that there is many different kinds of culture and the principles affect them.
