Physics in olympus has fallen #2
Another example of physics in the movie is a cars tires driving on the road. The tires coming in contact with the road produces friction. The friction happens where the tire come in contact with the road. When its dry a smooth tire gives the best traction because more of the tire comes in contact with the road. If the tire is grooved its better for wet surface because the water gets squeezed into the grooves and more of the rubber comes in contact with the road. If you had a smooth tire like they use for racing and it was wet the tire would just spin because the water would act as a lubricant.
