The Motivator and the Motivated


Motivation comes in many different ways. You have it, or you don't. Even when you don't have motivation you can still gain it. My topic is about motivation to get fit. From my past experiences I learned that there will always be someone out there that will help you out if you actually try, and don't quit. When I barely started working out, after the first day I wanted to quit because I woke up soar the next day, but when I was laying in bed and called my coach to tell him I wasn't going to go, he gave me a long motivational speech which inspired me to go that day. Whatever pain I was going through, I sucked it up and kept pushing myself to keep going and don't give up. At the gym I used to go to, they had a lot of motivational posters of professional boxers and how they made it to where they are now. There also used to be a lot of pro boxers that would go to our gym and talk to us about their struggles and how they had no motivation and how we are lucky to have it.
