The 3 activity we did were meditation, mantra, deep breathing . We tried 3senconds throw are nose and 3 seconds out our mouths. We also tried staring at a candle. We also tried different videos and songs.
I felt like i was going to have fun. I thought meditation was just Hindu and Buddha and I didn't know how to do it. Yes, I would do meditation because it was relaxing.
