Student Minions! At the end of the year, I shamelessly use my minions to do all of my laborious tasks! The promise of extra credit is usually enogh to get them motivated😼

One of the most stressful times is the end of the school year. First, relax and get something small done each day rather than trying to do everything last minute.

Pace yourself. Ideally, mark the calendar with how many instructional days that you have left, and make sure you have accomodoated for those things that you REALLY want to make sure you review with the students before they take the EOC. Be flexible if things don't go according to plan. Remember to smile. Remember that you are not alone. Remember to take time for yourself. Treat others as you wish to be treated. Make yourself essential to someone. Enjoy the exhiliaration of knowing that this particular race is just about over!

Don't count the days - doing so makes it take longer.
