similarity and transfromations
by keliz hunt
Similarity and Transformations involve the four transformations. Translation, Reflection, Rotation, and Dilation. Translation is the figure that slides from one position to the figure another without turning it. Reflection is the mirror image of another figure. Rotation is a transformation in which a figure is rotated, turned around a fixed point. And last dilation is the transformation that enlarges or reduces by a scale factor. For example the triangle above translated because it moved over and then dilated because it got smaller.
