It sometimes helps to organize all the important information from a problem to keep you from getting distracted from any extra information provided. I used a brace map to organize my information.

Notice that the mid-segment of the triangle is already given to us.

Also notice that segment "CD" and segment "AB" are parallel.

In order to find segment "AB", you will have to multiply the measurement of segment "CD" by two. Since these two segments are parallel, the base of the triangle is twice the length as the mid-segment.

This is your final answer: Segment "AB" measures 90m.
