Matthew Hulse - California Patent Attorney
Patent attorney Matthew Hulse serves as the director of patent transactions for Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, California, where he manages the patent acquisitions and patent analysis teams. He began his career in patent law as an associate with Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP, at the firm’s Silicon Valley office. He then specialized in patent litigation and other intellectual property issues at Townsend and Townsend and Crew, LLP, as an associate and later as a partner, working at the Palo Alto and San Francisco offices. Matthew Hulse also focused on patent litigation at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP.
Matthew Hulse is admitted to practice in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central, and Southern Districts of California; and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He earned his JD at the University of California, Berkeley, where he also obtained a certificate in law and technology and served as an editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
