Luber Rocklin Manager/Producer Seeks to Save Rhinos
About Matt Luber
As a partner in the Hollywood production and management company Luber Roklin Entertainment, Matt Luber produces films and represents actors, writers, and directors. Clients currently managed by his firm include actors Kelly Rutherford, Stephen Moyer, and Adam Goldberg, as well as directors Walt Becker and John Whitesell. As an executive producer, Matt Luber has worked on the major motion pictures Evan Almighty, Bride Wars, and most recently, Sister, which premiered at the 2014 Tribeca Film Festival.
After earning his BA in media arts from the University of Arizona, Mr. Luber began his career in the entertainment industry as a production assistant on Beverly Hills Cop III. Subsequently, he worked at several production and management companies, including Really Useful Films and Gallin Morey. Before joining Nine Yards Entertainment, which would later become Luber Roklin Entertainment, he served as vice president of development at Diamond Heart Productions, a Fox 2000 Pictures subsidiary.
Aside from his work in film production and talent management, Matt Luber devotes much of his energy to the prevention of rhino poaching in South Africa. To create awareness of this issue, he began and maintains the blog Vanishing Giants. Moreover, he works in collaboration with the organizations Outraged South African Citizens Against Poaching and the African Wildlife Foundation to raise money for antipoaching efforts.
