Industrial Revolution

Job’s had a big part in the industrial revolution, because all people did was work, even from a young age(15). Richard Arkwright is one of the people being credited for being the brains for the factories big growth, he also created the first real factory at Cromford near Derby. Although there were pretty big pros of the industrial revolution there were some cons. For example, six year old's HAD to work, sometimes some of them worked up to 19 hours A DAY. Large, heavy, and dangerous equipment was very common for children to be using or working near. Many accidents occurred injuring or killing children on the job. Not until the Factory Act of 1833 did things improve. Also although the fatality rate was getting lower it was still pretty high.
