When I was playing for a basketball team I was too slow so I decide to stop playing basketball for a like 3 months. So I can work out and get faster work on triceps biceps and my legs and I know I got the skill for it but I just need the speed. Also I get tired quick so I need to  eat better and become more healthier that why I decide to stop drinking pop I don't eat junk food like i used too.it payed off because I play for a reck center and I'm there staring point guard and I become for healthier I feel better right now.
